My Rewards is a simple way to view and manage your benefits as a Direct Energy customer. Accessible through your Online Account, it gives you a clear overview of your rewards and available offers. With My Rewards, you can:

  • View your upcoming rewards.
  • Access a detailed breakdown of your rewards history.
  • Unlock more rewards with exclusive offers, customer perks and product sign-ups.

Log in to your Online Account and select “My Rewards” from the “I want to” drop-down menu located in the top right corner.

No need to claim what’s already yours. Your eligible rewards are applied automatically. To unlock more rewards, you can redeem exclusive offers on your My Rewards dashboard or add new services to your plan.

Yes, at the bottom of your My Rewards dashboard, you can find a detailed breakdown of all rewards you’ve received under My Rewards History. Upcoming rewards will not appear in this section until they are eligible.

Rewards vary based on your plan and activity. If your dashboard currently shows no rewards, it may be because upcoming rewards only appear once they’re within 60 days of being issued. Be sure to check back regularly to track what’s coming. You can also start earning rewards through our Refer a Friend program or by taking advantage of our Green Option incentives—both available through your My Rewards dashboard.

Your dashboard displays rewards* associated with your current plan. Rewards earned from previous plans will not appear in your current dashboard.

*Data may not be available before November 2023.

My Rewards is available exclusively to Direct Energy customers and is not offered through Direct Energy Regulated Services. Looking for a plan that includes rewards? Explore Direct Energy's fixed-rate offers.

Customers are free to purchase natural gas services or electricity services from a retailer of their choice. For a list of retailers, visit ucahelps.alberta.ca or call 310-4822 (toll free in Alberta).
