My Rewards is one stop shop designed to make it easy for you to see how you are rewarded as a Direct Energy customer. Accessible through your Online Account, your My Rewards dashboard provides a centralized view of your rewards and available offers.

With My Rewards, you can:

  • View rewards you’ve already received.
  • See upcoming rewards within the next 60 days.
  • Access an itemized breakdown of your rewards history.
  • Explore exclusive deals and programs, such as our Refer a Friend Program and Green energy options, to maximize your benefits.

Log in to your Online Account and select “My Rewards” from the “I want to” drop-down menu located in the top right corner.

Upcoming rewards will appear in your dashboard once they are within 60 days of being issued. Check back regularly to track your rewards as they approach.

No action is required. Rewards are either automatically sent to you or directly applied to your bill.

Yes. At the bottom of your My Rewards dashboard, you can find a detailed breakdown of all rewards you’ve received under My Rewards History. Please note: upcoming rewards will not appear in this section until they are issued.

Rewards vary depending on your plan and activity. If your dashboard shows no current rewards, you can start earning by participating in programs like Refer a Friend or taking advantage of Green product incentives, both of which are accessible from your dashboard.

Your dashboard displays rewards associated with your current plan. Rewards earned from previous plans will not appear in your current dashboard.

My Rewards is available exclusively to Direct Energy customers and is not offered through Direct Energy Regulated Services.
