These are the benefits of switching back to regulated natural gas: 

  • When market conditions are favourable, the regulated rate can be lower than the fixed rate plans available. 
  • The rate is reviewed and approved by the Alberta Utilities Commission to ensure that it is reasonable and fair. 
  • You don't need to sign a contract with us when you register, and there are no enrollment or exit fees. 

Yes, you can! Most competitive energy rate plans in Alberta do not have exit fees. However, we always recommend that you review the Terms and Conditions of your current contract to double-check if there are any exit fees or cancellation charges for switching to another provider.
