When we consider how far food travels and the pollution it takes to get here, purchasing locally grown food. We are supporting our local farmers and finding another way to reduce our carbon footprint.

Retail that is environmentally friendly? Yes, please. By purchasing previously used clothing eliminates the need for new resources and machinery to create it.

6. Go paperless

These items will typically end up in the trash. Subscribe to magazines digitally, use flyers that are online and opt-out of anything that is printed.

This is a Japanese concept that translates to forest bathing or forest therapy. It's the idea of simply being in the great outdoors and mindfully connecting to nature, using all five of our senses.
