Will my bill look different if I switch to Direct Energy?
If you are switching from Direct Energy Regulated Services, your bill will be blue instead of pink. If you are switching from another provider, your bill will now come from Direct Energy.
If you are making your payment by telephone for the first time or are setting up your account for pre-authorized debit, please select Direct Energy (Alberta) or Direct Energy Essential Services from the list of payees.
