Do you offer different payment options?

Direct Energy offers a variety of payment options from a Reoccurring Payment Plan on your credit card, to Budget Billing. There are also assistance programs provided by the Government of Alberta. The methods are listed here: www.directenergy.ca/alberta/customer-support/bill-payment-options.
