Bills are generated based on the consumption details we receive from your distributor. Direct Energy will mail an invoice to the mailing address you provided in your enrolment.

If you are making your payment by telephone for the first time or are setting up your account for pre-authorized debit, please select Direct Energy (Alberta) or Direct Energy Essential Services from the list of payees.
