Who is entitled to this rebate?

Eligible consumers for this rebate are those that consumed electricity after December 31st, 2021, and whose electricity use is under 250,000 kilowatt hours (kWh) per year determined at the property level. This includes most residential, farm and small business customers. This will provide help to more than 1.9 million families, farms and businesses who experienced high electricity charges.
